P\u0159\u00e1la si proto naj\u00edt zp\u016fsob, jak ud\u011blat ve sv\u00e9m re\u017eimu udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 zm\u011bny. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce za\u010dala cvi\u010dit dokonce 3x t\u00fddn\u011b, aby l\u00e9pe kompenzovala sv\u00e9 sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A proto\u017ee stravov\u00e1n\u00ed se t\u00fdk\u00e1 cel\u00e9 rodiny, p\u0159i\u0161la na konzultace spolu s man\u017eelem &#8211; aby i on m\u011bl p\u0159ehled o zm\u011bn\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 se te\u010f doma budou d\u00edt a mohl svou \u017eenu podpo\u0159it. Klient (63 let, 178 cm) si v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00e1l tak\u00e9 trochu zhubnout. Jeho hmotnost byla sice dlouhodob\u011b stabiln\u00ed, ale uv\u011bdomoval si, \u017ee p\u00e1r kilo dole by mu neu\u0161kodilo. Jeho slo\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla vypadalo v \u010dervnu 2025 takto. Klient byl zase zvykl\u00fd pravideln\u011b konzumovat pivo po ob\u011bd\u011b, a tak jsme se sna\u017eili alkohol omezit. Dal\u0161\u00edm t\u00e9matem byla \u010dast\u00e1 konzumace uzenin, co\u017e jsme se sna\u017eili omezit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hubnut\u00ed bylo pozvoln\u00e9 a v r\u00e1mci spolupr\u00e1ce se objevovaly r\u016fzn\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti a sv\u00e1tky, jako byly v\u00edkendy s rodinou, objedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddla, V\u00e1noce a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed obdob\u00ed.&nbsp;V\u0161e v\u0161ak klienti kr\u00e1sn\u011b zvl\u00e1dli a postupn\u011b zredukovali s\u00edlen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tuku tak, \u017ee oba odch\u00e1zeli spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a s nov\u00fdmi n\u00e1vyky!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klientka (57, 172 cm) zhubla skoro 11 kg tuku!  Poda\u0159ilo se to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee ob\u011bdy si od pond\u011bl\u00ed do p\u00e1tku objedn\u00e1vala z restaurace. Zhubl celkem 4,6 kg tuku a p\u0159ibral trochu sval\u016f. V minulosti byla zvykl\u00e1 hodn\u011b sportovat. Pohyb j\u00ed ale p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e rokem zkomplikovalo vlekl\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed kotn\u00edku a bylo pro ni t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vr\u00e1tit se zp\u011bt k&nbsp;pravideln\u00e9mu za\u0159azen\u00ed sportovn\u00ed aktivity. Svaly jsou tak\u00e9 nad normou, co\u017e je odrazem nejen vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edry tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed jako z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, ale tak\u00e9 historii pravideln\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlem je redukce, aby se klientka postupn\u011b p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eila k&nbsp;rozmez\u00ed normy. Vzhledem k&nbsp;historii diet, kter\u00e9 klientka v&nbsp;minulosti dodr\u017eovala je z\u00e1m\u011br postupn\u00e1 a udr\u017eiteln\u00e1 redukce, kter\u00e1 nezp\u016fsob\u00ed jojo efekt a upu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed od zdrav\u00fdch n\u00e1vyk\u016f v&nbsp;budoucnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klientka pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zapisovala sv\u00e9 aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dky, kter\u00e9 jsme spolu na konzultac\u00edch proch\u00e1zely a uk\u00e1zaly si na nich, co se povedlo a kde naopak lze ud\u011blat vhodn\u00e9 zm\u011bny. V&nbsp;takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je celkem b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee t\u011blu trv\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed dobu, ne\u017e na proveden\u00e9 zm\u011bny zareaguje a redukce hmotnosti si tzv. \u201erozjede\u201c. Zejm\u00e9na pokud tyto zm\u011bny nejsou velmi restriktivn\u00ed, co\u017e rozhodn\u011b nebylo na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce jsme se hodn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ovaly i na udr\u017eitelnost zm\u011bn. K&nbsp;tomu, abychom dos\u00e1hly v\u00fdsledku, nen\u00ed t\u0159eba 100% dokonalost. P\u0159ilijte vze\u0161l\u00fd kv\u00e1sek a postupn\u011b dol\u00e9vejte vla\u017en\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko. Po \u00favodn\u00ed konzultaci a zohledn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u0161ech vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 u\u017e pan\u00ed podstoupila, jsme se rozhodly pro elimina\u010dn\u00ed FODMAP dietu. Lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstava o tom, kter\u00e9 potraviny klientce ned\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e a na co si m\u00e1 d\u00e1vat pozor t\u0159eba p\u0159i stravov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;restaurac\u00edch. Hlavn\u00edm vin\u00edkem se nakonec zd\u00e1la b\u00fdt \u010derstv\u00e1 cibule \u2013 a tak ji klientka doma p\u0159estala pou\u017e\u00edvat. Zhubla 4,7 kg tuku a nabrala 1,1 kg sval\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se dostala skoro do vytou\u017een\u00e9ho c\u00edle, a to i p\u0159es to, \u017ee ji p\u0159ekvapilo pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e9 by v&nbsp;minulosti \u0159e\u0161ila doj\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm se sladkostmi. Je to chleba, o kter\u00e9m se v Kab\u00e1tu dlouho mluvilo a jeho v\u00fdroba se pe\u010dliv\u011b pl\u00e1novala \u2013 a kdy\u017e kone\u010dn\u011b vznikl, stal se okam\u017eit\u011b st\u00e1lic\u00ed. Je vyroben\u00fd z toho nejlep\u0161\u00edho, co pek\u00e1rna m\u00e1. Kvas se p\u0159ipravuje v kvasomatu n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek hodin, aby byl pln\u011b vyzr\u00e1l\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy je pot\u0159eba. Peka\u0159i si b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho procesu hl\u00eddaj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na teplotu a hustotu, kter\u00e9 jsou podstatn\u00e9 pro pr\u016fb\u011bh pe\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd kvas byl dokonce ocen\u011bn\u00fd v Belgii, kde si vyslou\u017eil m\u00edsto v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed kvasov\u00e9 bance. Pravideln\u011b se vyskytuj\u00ed v&nbsp;tzv. lute\u00e1ln\u00ed f\u00e1zi menstrua\u010dn\u00edho cyklu, kter\u00e1 za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 po ovulaci a kon\u010d\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem menstruace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fd\u010det symptom\u016f by vy\u0161el na p\u011bkn\u011b dlouh\u00fd seznam, ale k&nbsp;t\u011bm nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm fyzick\u00fdm pat\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00danava<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e1le nap\u0159.: akn\u00e9, bolesti hlavy, prsou a\/nebo zad, n\u00e1valy horka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Psychick\u00e9 pak zahrnuj\u00ed t\u0159eba:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emo\u010dn\u00ed nestabilitu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zhor\u0161en\u00e9 soust\u0159edn\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dazkosti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zv\u00fd\u0161enou chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celkovou podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh pak m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt premenstrua\u010dn\u00ed dysforick\u00e1 porucha (PMDD), kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edznaky, a\u017e depresemi. Intenzita p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy tak siln\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eena nen\u00ed schopna vykon\u00e1vat b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ani pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, a v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odk\u00e1z\u00e1na na zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9\u010dba PMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u016fvod t\u00e9to poruchy zat\u00edm nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b z\u0159ejm\u00fd, proto jsou mo\u017enosti l\u00e9\u010dby omezen\u00e9. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b pomoci mohou n\u011bkter\u00e9 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">l\u00e9ky<\/span>, ve velmi specifick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se p\u0159istupuje i k\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">chirurgick\u00e9mu<\/span> \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou ale je, \u017ee pomoci m\u016f\u017ee i \u00faprava <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u017eivotn\u00edho stylu<\/span>. Za\u0159a\u010fte pravidelnou pohybovou aktivitu, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pozitivn\u00ed vliv i na psychiku (nap\u0159. aerobn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed \u2013 tedy i svi\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed proch\u00e1zka, j\u00f3ga). Nezapom\u00ednejte ale ani odpo\u010d\u00edvat a dop\u0159ejte si relaxa\u010dn\u00ed metody (meditace, jemn\u00e9 prota\u017een\u00ed). V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti mohou b\u00fdt <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fyzioterapeuti<\/span>. Pozitivn\u00ed vliv tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">kognitivn\u011b behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pak je tady i\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fd\u017eiva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V&nbsp;prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee v\u00fdzkum ohledn\u011b vztahu v\u00fd\u017eivy a PMS m\u00e1 p\u0159ed sebou sice je\u0161t\u011b pom\u011brn\u011b dlouhou cestu, ale neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee nev\u00edme nic a stravu tak m\u016f\u017eeme hodit za hlavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Makro\u017eiviny<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zat\u00edm nebyl zji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv zdroj\u016f <strong>sacharid\u016f<\/strong> na rozvoj PMS. V\u011bt\u0161ina doporu\u010den\u00ed, u kter\u00fdch je pozorov\u00e1n ur\u010dit\u00fd efekt, se pak shoduje se z\u00e1sadami zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy a obecn\u00fdmi v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdmi doporu\u010den\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je doporu\u010deno zam\u011b\u0159it se na konzumaci komplexn\u00edch sacharid\u016f nam\u00edsto v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru (sladkosti, limon\u00e1dy), a to zejm\u00e9na na celozrnn\u00e9 varianty p\u0159\u00edloh a lu\u0161t\u011bniny, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce vl\u00e1kniny. Ty tak\u00e9 zasyt\u00ed na del\u0161\u00ed dobu, co\u017e by mohlo pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit chut\u011b a pot\u0159ebu uzob\u00e1vat, kter\u00e1 se u n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u017een v&nbsp;obdob\u00ed kolem menstruace zvy\u0161uje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S tuky to nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bjte a preferujte sp\u00ed\u0161e rostlinn\u00e9 zdroje tuku kv\u016fli vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu obsahu nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I v\u00a0oblasti PMS se pom\u011brn\u011b dob\u0159e jev\u00ed vliv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nehladu.cz\/omega-3-mastne-kyseliny-myty-a-fakta\/\">omega-3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin<\/a>, na jejich\u017e p\u0159\u00edjem jsme odk\u00e1z\u00e1ni z\u00a0potravy \u010di dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy, a kter\u00e9 sv\u00fdm p\u016fsoben\u00edm mohou zm\u00edrnit celkov\u00e9 projevy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posledn\u00ed makro\u017eivina, <strong>b\u00edlkoviny<\/strong>, z\u0159ejm\u011b nem\u00e1 na v\u00fdskyt PMS \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv.
